As a restaurant manager, you want your sites not all to be subject to the same validation (workflow) rules. This guide walks you through the process.

Start from: The Easilys menu.

To learn more about tags, refer to the article What is a tag and what is it used for?

Sites type tags allow you to limit the action of a workflow rule to certain sites only. The workflow is a functionality that allows you to implement validation of orders and/or claims and credit note requests by a manager.

By default, a workflow rule not associated with a Sites type tag applies to the site on which it is created and to all its descendants, that is, all its child sites. By associating it with a Sites type tag, it then only applies to child sites bearing this same tag.

Sites type tags are attached from the site settings, in the Tags tab and on the workflow rule when it is created in the Workflow tab.
