Access Flow Learning as a learner

Mapal One learner’s portal is a hub for learners to complete their online training modules, view learning resources, read news items and notifications from their company, complete appraisals and work through their individual career paths.

To log into the Mapal One learner’s portal, head to one.mapal-os.com

Log in as a learner

• Locate the welcome email in your inbox.
• Select the Choose Password link, which will prompt you to set your password.

Note: If you open the page and the link has expired, you can select request a new link.

• Create your own unique password.
• Save the password to your browser so that the next time you visit, you can log in easily.
• When your login is successful, you should see the Mapal One homepage (below).

Note: You can request another password reset at any time by using the forgotten password option.

Troubleshooting log in issues

If you are having trouble logging in to Flow Learning, contact your line manager or Customer Success manager. Managers can also check our guide to Troubleshooting learner log in issues.

If you do not see any training modules assigned to your dashboard, please reach out to your line manager.
