Using Mapal AI Assistant, you can retrieve insights, understand operational data, and complete actions more intuitively across platforms. The tool allows you to use natural language to use Mapal systems in new and innovative ways.
Start from: Any Mapal app with AI functionality enabled (e.g. Mapal OS, Flow Learning, Engagement, Compliance).
- Look for the AI icon, which is typically located alongside other icons within the platform’s main interface.
- On mobile devices, the AI Assistant icon generally appears next to the bottom navigation menu for quick access.
Note: The AI Assistant is only available to customers with the AI package enabled. If you are unsure whether your organisation has access, contact your Mapal Customer Success Manager for clarification.
