Add a visual to the equipment record

As a restaurant manager, you'd like to add visuals to the equipment sheet to improve identification and tracking of your assets. This guide takes you through the process.

Note: each action performed on the application is subject to a fee. Contact the Support team, or your administrator, to find out more.

Start from: The Easilys menu.

• Select Equipment items > Equipment items.
• Select the equipment sheet to which you wish to add a visual from the list of sheets on the left of the "Equipment items" screen.

The equipment sheet is displayed on the right of the screen.

• Select the image.

The "Update the image" window appears on the screen. 

• Select Choose file to select the file you wish to use that is available on your device.
• Select Update.

Note: If you follow this procedure from a mobile device, when you click “Add a file,” the camera will open automatically.
