Navigate Mapal OS faster with the AI Assistant

As an Operations Manager, you need to move quickly across Mapal OS to complete daily tasks efficiently. The “Take me to” feature within the Mapal Assistant helps you reach the right screen instantly by typing a simple question—eliminating the need to click through menus.

What is “Take me to”?

“Take me to” is a smart navigation feature built into the Mapal Assistant. It allows you to jump directly to specific pages across the platform by asking where to go.

This feature is available across the following modules:

• Flow
• Compliance
• Engagement
• Reputation

Note: “Take me to” is not yet available in Mapal One.

How to access it

Open the Mapal Assistant from the icon in the lower-left corner of your Mapal App's dashboard.

What you can ask

Use natural questions that describe the screen or task. For example:

• “Where do I assign training?”
• “Where can I view survey results?”
• “Take me to the recognitions dashboard.”
• “How do I check learner compliance?”

The Assistant will take you straight to the relevant screen, if available.

Tips for best results

• Keep your wording short and clear.
• Use common feature names or task types.
• Avoid acronyms or internal terminology.
