teams or managers can sometimes forget to answer tasks, either because they didn’t have time, or because they couldn’t log in or some other technical issue. When this happens, it is, unfortunately, not possible to go back and answer a past task, which would result in a lower completion rate for that day. The solution is to comment on the data so that the authorities can see in the answer history that the task has indeed been completed or that the team is aware of its incompletion. Start from the Daily Schedule.
- Select the area or checklist that contains the unanswered task. Note: you’ll see a red or orange-coloured clock icon next to late or uncompleted tasks.
- Select the unanswered task you wish to resolve.
- Select Add comment and enter your comment explaining the unanswered task in the Write here field in the Task feed.
Is there a way to amend the time for something to be answered?
It's possible to change the time zone for your location. Please contact your business or our support team for help with this.
Can we answer yesterday’s task today, if we forgot to do so?
