Create and manage sales and financial budgets

Start from: The Analytics module.  

• Navigate to Configuration > Budgets.

• Select the Budgets ? button. 

• Enter the name of the budget.
• Select the + button to create it.

• Once created, find the new budget in the table and flip the switch in the row of each role to enable the roles that will have access to it. 

• Permission levels include:

  • View – Users can access budget details but cannot make changes.

  • Close – Users can lock budgets once finalized.

Edit and rename budgets

• Select the Budgets ? button. 
• Locate the existing budget and select Edit. 
• Rename the budget and press Accept.

Delete budgets

• Select the Budgets ? button. 
• Locate the existing budget and select Delete. 
• Select Delete again in the confirmation window.
