Get an overview of agile feedback for an employee

Engagement allows venue managers to get an overview of agile feedback for an employee so that they can support their individual growth and address their specific needs.

Start from: The Engagement dashboard.

• Navigate to Agile feedback > Analysis of data used.
• Select which employee is going to be shown by using the Search employee by name bar, that displays all the company employees.
• Select a Type of Evaluation from all the evaluations available for that employee. You must select an evaluation before the feedback results will be displayed.
• Select a specific Time Period.
• Select Filter to show the results.

Notes: You can also select a Period to narrow down the results shown.

• The results would load on the screen in the widgets that make up the page. The information will be divided as follows:
  • Summary tile: This widget is divided into five sections: Overall rating, GAP vs Target, % of surveys received, average company rating, and average branch rating.
  • % of completed evaluations tile: Here, you can see the percentage of evaluations done. In case you select a single evaluation, it would be 100%.
  • Score/Valuation achieved tile: The score reached in the evaluation.
  • Top 5 modules tile: A horizontal graphic diagram is shown with the top five modules. In this case, only one module has been completed, so there is only one diagram line.
