The Module Builder tool allows you to create your own training content for your employees specific to your company. This article provides an overview of what is required and an introduction to assist you in creating training modules.
In our ongoing effort to provide the best learning tools, we will be retiring the Module Builder in 2025. Find out more about how we're rolling out these changes.
Start from: The Flow Learning Module Builder Modules List.
/!\ IMPORTANT /!\
Editing of Module Builder content is disabled (effective 11th December 2025). You cannot:
- Create or edit slides, sections, or quizzes.
- Change text, media, colours, or navigation within existing modules.
You can still Export, Archive, and Deactivate modules to support migration and housekeeping. For new training or updates to existing topics, use Studio or Evolve.
If you have questions about your Module Builder access, timelines for retirement, or how to migrate content, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

- Use the action menu (… ) and select Module Options.
- Inside the module, select the Module settings button.
