New compliance score without overdue deviation

We’ve improved how the Compliance score is calculated for customers using automatic deviation creation on overdue tasks.
From now on, an overdue deviation created on the same day for an unanswered task is not considered “task done.”

? Benefits:

  • More accurate reporting: Tasks automatically marked as overdue without human input are no longer counted as completed, ensuring the compliance score truly reflects reality.
  • Fair performance measurement: Customers using automatic deviations are now evaluated on the same basis as others, with no inflated scores.

Assign more than one user to a deviation

You can now assign more than one user to a deviation. While one person remains the main responsible, it’s now possible to add additional assignees (CCs) — just like adding people in copy in an email.

? Benefits:

  • Improved collaboration: Everyone involved stays informed and can follow the deviation’s progress.
  • Faster resolution: Teams can act together without waiting for handovers or missed updates.
  • Better accountability: Each assignee clearly sees their responsibility and can support the main owner.

Bugs fixing

  • Fixed issue where users couldn’t log in immediately after logging out.
  • Fixed issues with bulk upload functionality.
  • Corrected problem where “Branding updated” was not applying as expected.
