This sprint focused on strengthening local visibility, improving navigation, and increasing reporting transparency across locations.

Enhancements

Daily Schedule on Local Overview

The Daily Schedule is now available directly on the local overview, mirroring the central experience and giving teams a clear, checklist-level view of tasks and deviations at location level.
Previously, this visibility was only available centrally, limiting local teams’ ability to act quickly.

Key benefits:

  • Improved task tracking and execution at location level
  • Faster identification of deviations and gaps
  • Increased local ownership and accountability
  • Better alignment between central and local views

Alphabetical Form & Folder Filters

Form and folder filters are now displayed in alphabetical order across overview tabs, making navigation more intuitive—especially for customers with a large number of forms.
Previously, inconsistent ordering made it harder to locate specific forms quickly.

Key benefits:

  • Faster access to forms and reports
  • Reduced search time for users
  • Consistent experience across modules
  • Improved usability at scale

Daily Food Waste Summary Email (Central)

A new daily email provides central users with a summary of yesterday’s food waste across locations, including total waste, total guests, and waste per guest. Values exceeding defined thresholds are highlighted.
Previously, there was no consolidated daily visibility, making it harder to monitor trends and act quickly.

Key benefits:

  • Increased visibility on waste performance across locations
  • Faster identification of underperforming sites
  • Supports proactive decision-making and accountability
  • Reinforces waste reduction initiatives

Deleted Forms Retrieval API

A new API enables retrieval of deleted forms to support operational and support use cases.
Previously, recovering deleted forms required manual intervention and was not always possible.

Key benefits:

  • Faster resolution of support requests
  • Reduced risk of data loss
  • Improved operational continuity
  • Greater flexibility for support and onboarding teams

Compliance now supports Dutch and Catalan, expanding accessibility for additional customers and regions.
Previously, users in these regions had limited localization support.

Key benefits:

  • Improved user experience for new markets
  • Supports customer expansion
  • Better adoption through localized interfaces

  • Deviations not filtered by form section | Incorrect deviation visibility
  • Groups not syncing | Missing or outdated user group data
  • Date picker not displayed | Blocked filtering actions
  • Sorting not working | Reduced usability in lists
  • Report dates offset (+1 day) | Incorrect reporting accuracy
  • Analytics not showing | Loss of reporting visibility
