Compliance allows store managers to see previous versions of a procedure so that they can track changes and understand the evolution of their processes.
Start from: The Compliance dashboard.
- Select Procedures from the main menu.
- Locate the specific procedure you want to review and select it.
- Once inside the procedure, select Edit.
- Scroll down to the Change log section and select it.

Use the Revision ID column to identify unique version identifiers.
Note: The Revision ID is a unique reference used to track specific versions. Share this ID when discussing procedure changes with team members or support.

Use the filter controls above the table to narrow results by:

Date range
-
Author
-
Status
-
Revision ID

- You will now see a list with all the versions of the procedure. Select Show version on the one you want to see.
- A pop up window will appear showing you the version of the procedure.
