Find business details for a location

• You’ll see an summary of the business, including:

  • The Business Overview, showing categories that describe the site (e.g. populations served, special groups, or services offered).

  • The different modules configured (e.g. Food safety, Fire checks).

  • The tasks belonging to each module.

  • Task information such as Frequency and Date scheduled.

• Select the PRINT button to print or save the Business details as a PDF.

Business Overview categories

• Customers can define their own categories (e.g. “Serves elderly residents”, “Caters to children”, “Provides diet-specific menus”).

• There is no limit on the number of categories that can be created.

• Categories can be searched under Locations to quickly find which sites meet a particular criteria.

Example: a manager could search for all locations serving “risk groups” across the organisation.
