View Agile feedback responses

Engagement allows general managers to view Agile feedback responses so that they can understand how their team is performing and where there are opportunities for development. From the Agile feedback area, you can review responses on screen and export them for deeper analysis.

Start from: The Engagement dashboard.

Open Agile feedback responses

• Select Agile feedback > Evaluations from the main menu.
• Locate the evaluation you want to review.
• Select the action menu (… ) for that evaluation.
• Choose View answers.

On the View answers screen, you will see a grid showing key information for each response, such as:

• Period of the evaluation
• Evaluator (who completed the evaluation)
• Evaluated employee (who was evaluated)
• Percentage of compliance
• Validation status (where applicable)

Use the search and filter options (for example by employee, period, or status) to focus on the responses you need.

To see a single response in detail:

• In the list, locate the row you want to review.
• Select View answers for that row.

• The full set of questions and answers for that evaluation will be displayed.

Export Agile feedback responses

From the View answers screen, you can export the data for reporting or further analysis:

• Export to PDF
  • Open View answers for the evaluation.
  • Use the Export option and select PDF export.
  • A PDF file is generated with the summary of responses and key metrics.
• Export to Excel
  • Open View answers for the evaluation.
  • Use the Export option and select Excel export.
  • A spreadsheet file is generated, which you can open in Excel or other tools for filtering, sorting, and analysis.

Exports respect the filters applied on the screen, allowing you to focus on specific evaluations, people, or time periods when sharing or analysing results.
