By accessing Reputation, venue managers can have a comprehensive overview of the venue’s online reputation and customer feedback in one place.
Start from: Either the Reputation by Mapal (https://reputation.mapal-os.com/) or the Mapal OS web page (https://app.mapal-os.com/).
Access via the Reputation web page (legacy method)
- Navigate to https://reputation.mapal-os.com/
- Enter your username and password.
- Sign into your account.
Note: select Forgot your password? to receive a reset password email.
Access via Mapal OS
- Navigate to https://app.mapal-os.com/.
- Enter your username and password.
Note: select Forgot your password? to receive a reset password email.See Access Mapal OS (as a manager) for more information on accessing and using the Mapal OS dashboard.
- Once in the Mapal OS Dashboard, select the Open button in the Reputation box.
