As a restaurant manager, you can print out the consumption sheet to have a paper summary of food costs for record-keeping and analysis purposes. This guide takes you through the process.

Start from: The Easilys menu.
- Select Management > Food cost price.
- Select Reports.
- Select the Consumption sheet report.
- Choose the format to download the document.
- Enter the date or period for the calculation, then select Next step.
- Select Download the report. Your document may be displayed in a new browser tab, allowing you to download or print it directly.
