This version brings improvements to menu pre-design (sorting, moving recipes, price visibility in simulations) and introduces the Origin criterion in Smart Selection®. The new rights management screens (still in BETA) continue to progress.

Menus – Menu pre-design

Menu pre-design evolves with default display of the most recent menu templates, new sorting options, the ability to move a recipe to another meal component, and recipe price visibility in the simulation analysis panel.

Benefits : faster navigation across templates. More flexible menu building. Better readability of menu plans.

Smart Selection® – Origin criterion

It is now possible to create Smart Selection® rules using the “Origin” criterion for products. This criterion is not yet taken into account in calculations.

Benefits : anticipation of future rules. Ability to prepare configurations with no immediate impact. Smoother transition when calculations are activated.

Important : this criterion will be taken into account in calculations in the next sprints.

User rights – Rights management (BETA)

The rights management screens and “My rights” are still in BETA and continue to evolve.

Benefits : initial readability improvements. Preparation for a simpler and more consistent rights administration.

Important : these screens are still under construction and will continue to evolve before full usage.

Other updates

• Improved access to the support chat: the chat bubble is no longer displayed on the left side of the screen and is now only accessible via the “double bubble” icon in the bottom-right corner, avoiding conflicts with the side menu.
• Guest orders: a new “cancel and replace” mode is available to update headcounts per meal type via the API.
• Several APIs (customer contracts, order cutoff schedules, receipts) have been enriched with additional fields.
• Supplier invoice imports are more robust thanks to improved supplier product matching (reference, EAN, external ID).
• Interface updates, including Orion, for better handling of costs and statuses.

• Targeted fixes for industrial products, suppliers, and supplier products.
• Adjustments to receipts, stock transfers, and related displays.
• Stability, security, and data consistency improvements across several screens and APIs.
