This update introduces a new Order Cutoff Schedule screen to better control deadlines and improve the reliability of headcount entry. It also simplifies label printing and enhances overall reliability through improvements to imports, APIs and everyday screens.

Order Cutoff Schedule - New screen

You can now prevent meal orders from being placed after the deadline. The new Order Cutoff Schedule screen makes it possible to define and manage order deadlines by service, with inherited rules that can still be adjusted at site level. When entering menu quantities, only entries that comply with the defined deadlines are allowed.

Benefits: better control of order deadlines. More reliable entered menu quantities. Improved organisation of production and logistics.

In addition to the default schedules delivered in this version, the screen will later be enriched with custom schedules.

Label printing – Simpler and more flexible

Label printing is evolving: it is now possible to generate files (PDF, Word, etc.) for all label types, and no longer only for INCO labels, without requiring the setup of dedicated label printers.

Benefits: simpler setup. Time savings for teams. Easier access to label printing in all contexts.

• Import improvements to strengthen the reliability of integrated data, especially for interfaces involving Legal Commitments and Service Done concepts.
• API enhancements to facilitate integrations with external systems.
• Adjustments across different screens to improve readability and understanding of information.

Main fixes

• Infinite scrolling has been enabled in ingredient selection so that all ingredients matching the search can be viewed.
• Recipe reports now display 4 decimal places for “Gross quantity” and “Net quantity”.
• Search has been fixed in the Smart Yield screen.
• In production management, it is no longer possible to tick lines where the production quantity is equal to 0.
