Reset your GIR password

If you have forgotten your GIR access password, you can reset it directly from the login page. This process must be carried out by the user themselves.

Start from: the GIR login page.

• Go to app.gotogir.com in your browser.
• Select Forgot your password?

• Enter the email address of the user trying to reset their password.
• Select Reset password.

You will receive an email with a link to begin the password recovery process.

Note: The email may take a few minutes to arrive. If you have not received it, check your spam or junk folder as your inbox may have redirected it.
