Lier une fiche technique à  un produit

En tant que responsable de restaurant, vous devez associer une fiche technique à un produit afin que les utilisateurs puissent consulter les informations techniques du produit. Il s'agit généralement d'un document fourni par le fabricant ou le fournisseur, mais vous pouvez associer n'importe quel document. Ce guide vous accompagnera tout au long du processus.

 Start from: The Easilys menu.

Method 1: From the Price List screen

• Select the Products > Price Lists tabs.
• Select the price list which the product to which you want to attach a data sheet is located.

The price list is viewed on the screen.

• Sélectionnez le nom du produit.

The product information management panel appears at the bottom of the screen.

• Select the “+” in the “Supplier product” column to attach a document to the supplier product, or the “+” in the “Industrial product” column.

The “Add a document” window appears on-screen.

• Select the file you wish to attach and select Add.

Note that if you attach a document to an industrial product, this document will then be attached to all the products attached to this industrial product.

Once attached, the document can be consulted from the price list and the SUPPLIER ORDERS screen.

Method 2: From the V2 Product Administration screen

• Select the Products > Product administration - V2 tabs.
• Select the product from the list, using the search filters if necessary.
• If you wish to add the document on the industrial product:
  • Sélectionnez Modifier.
  • Add or replace the desired document in the Generalities > Industrial product data sheet zone
  • Save.

• If you wish to add the document to the supplier product :
  • Select the product from the list, using the search filters if necessary.
  • Select the arrow to view suppliers of this product.
  • Select the supplier's product to be viewed on the right.
  • Sélectionnez Modifier.
  • Add or replace the desired document in the General>Supplier product data sheet area.
  • Sélectionnez Enregistrer.
