Workforce allows managers to visualize the labor compliance of their teams through the scheduler, so they can ensure they are operating and performing their shift planning as required by law.
Start from: The Workforce module.
-
Select Scheduling > Scheduler 2.0 from the main menu.
-
Set up the scheduler to be able to access the main grid OR close the setting window to access the tools directly.
To make the parameterization, see Access the scheduler.
-
Select the Detailed Information button.
-
Select Shift Status from the drop-down menu.
-
Select from the list the box of the day or days you wish to update.
-
Select the Add + button.
-
Select the new status of the selected days from the drop-down menu, which can be In Progress, Completed, Reviewed, or Closed.
-
Select Accept to save the change in the Shift Status.
Now, to maintain compatibility with GIR2 information, all days of the week of the selected day will be modified to the same status.
