Through its shift planner, Workforce enables shift managers to make advanced configurations to optimize shift assignments and reduce time spent on manual shift planning tasks.
Start from: The Workforce module.
- Select Scheduling > Scheduler 2.0 from the main menu.
- Sets the Start and End of the Period to be configured.
- Under Perimeter, select the switch to change it to Business Units Group.
- In the drop-down menu, select the type of group you wish to consult. They can be predefined groups of centers in the system or customized clusters.
To configure customized clusters, see Configure Clusters in the scheduler.
- In the following drop-down menu, select the specific Group of business units.
- In Analysis, define how you want to view the shifts.
For more information on setting up the scheduler, see Access the Scheduler.
In the next screen, you will see the list of employees in all the grouped centers. In the same way, you will be able to see the shifts and time off configured for the selected period.
In this screen, you will also be able to create shifts and time off for the employees in the group you have selected.
