Workforce allows managers to add generic jobs into the shift planner so that they can account for variable staffing needs and last-minute change in planning.
Start from: The Workforce module.
ShiftFinder is a Workforce feature that allows you to offer vacant shifts to employees based on certain criteria. These shift proposals can be created using the Workforce App or the Workforce desktop application.
To learn how to create vacant shifts in the app, see Create a shift proposal in the Workforce App.
When a candidate accepts the proposal, it is transformed into a shift that can be viewed in the scheduler, just like the ones created regularly.
To learn how to accept or reject these proposals, see Accept or reject a shift proposal through Workforce App.
From the scheduler, you can differentiate whether a shift has been regularly planned or if it is the result of a ShiftFinder proposal with the presence of the icon. This icon is only visible in the shifts generated through ShiftFinder.
