Workforce allows you to manage shift forecasting based on sales using the shift planner, so you can adjust staffing levels and ensure optimal service delivery.
Start from: The Workforce module.
-
Select Scheduling > Scheduler 2.0 from the main menu.
-
Parameterize the scheduler to be able to access the main grid.
To make the parameterization, see Access the scheduler.
There are two ways to view labor compliance using the scheduler:
Collectively
-
Select the Detailed Information button.
-
Select the Labour Compliance option from the drop-down menu.
-
In the Labour Compliance screen you will be able to see the information of:
-
Paid time
-
The difference between accrued fixed hours and worked fixed hours
-
The difference, if any, between accrued variable hours and worked variable hours
-
The possible deficit (less fixed hours worked than accrued) or excess (more fixed and variable hours worked than accrued).
-
The information displayed on the screen can be filtered by employee type and employee, and can also be exported to Excel or CSV.
Individually
-
In the main grid, place the cursor on an employee's name and right-click.
-
Select Labour Compliance from the drop-down menu.
-
In the employee's Labour Compliance screen you will see the same information as shown in the collective one, only for the single employee you have selected.
The information displayed on the screen can be exported to Excel or CSV.
