The qualification of workstations by star rating has great importance in the subsequent shift configuration and allows a more accurate projection during the shift optimization process. A workstation in Workforce is the position or positions that a worker may occupy in a Shift or ROTA.
Start from: The Workforce module.
- Select Reports from the main menu.
- Locate in the list or use the Magnifying Glass icon ? to search for report 183 - Other - Leaver Settlement.
- Choose the Status of the workers, whether current or former.
- Select the specific Employee to whom the Settlement will apply.
- Set the Estimated Termination Date that you want to consult.
- Select a report from the Incidences of Payroll dropdown. It will show you the data contained in the report that you have previously configured in Payroll Incidents.
- Once setup is complete, select Excel to download your Leaver Settlement report.
